Packaging: Preconfigured units are packed in a single box except the corner units.
Frames: 14 gauge welded steel uprights slotted on both sides with 1/2" slots on 1"centers. Cross-members are made from 14 gauge cold rolled steel. All frames include an integral wire management system that provides both horizontal and vertical wire management without any additional equipment. Uprights are designed to allow cabling to pass through unimpeded from frame to frame. Frames can be easily connected together as needs change. Frames ship knocked down and easily snap together during assembly. Frames are available in 36", 48", 60", 72", and 84" heights and 24", 30", 36" and 42" widths.
Caster kit: Locking and non-locking 3" diameter heavy-duty casters. Locking casters feature a dual locking mechanism that prevents the unit from rolling and swiveling. Casters are interchangeable with the leveling glides.
Corner Posts: Constructed from 11, 14, and 20 gauge cold rolled steel and provide the ability to connect frames at 90° angles. Posts are designed to allow cabling to pass through unimpeded from frame to frame. Each post includes one leveling glide for support.
Footings: Fabricated from 11 gauge cold rolled steel formed in a high strength box design. Footings are designed to accept either glides or casters without modifications. Footings are available in single, double, and short depth sizes.
Work-Surface Support Legs: Provide additional support to work-surfaces when required in heavy-duty applications. Support legs are adjustable in 1" increments for use on work-surfaces from 26" to 42" high. Support legs are constructed from 14 gauge cold rolled steel.
Work-Surfaces: Constructed from 1-1/8" thick 55 pound density particleboard core with 1/16" high-pressure laminate work-surface, the underside of work-surface to be covered with phenolic moisture resistant backer sheet. Work-surface edges to be covered with a PVC edge. Work-surfaces mount to frames with 13 gauge steel support brackets. They can be positioned in 1" increments on frames. Support brackets include an integral anti-knock out mechanism to prevent accidental dislodgment. Available in 24", 30" and 36" depth and from 24" to 72" width. 700 pound capacity.
Fixed Shelves: 14 gauge (sides) and 16 gauge (shelf) cold rolled steel. Shelves are available in 15", 18" and 21" depths and 24", 30", 36", 42", and 48” widths. Maximum shelf capacity is 250 pounds. Shelves include an integral anti-knock out mechanism to prevent accidental dislodgment.
Heavy Duty Shelves: 14 gauge (sides) and 16 gauge (shelf) with hat channels. Available in 15", 18" and 21" depths. 500 pound capacity with anti-knockout tabs.
Slotted Monitor Shelves: 14 gauge (sides) and 16 gauge (shelf) cold rolled steel. Shelves are available in 15", 18", and 21" depths and 24", 30", 36", 42", and 48" widths. Shelves are equipped with a lip (removable) to help prevent monitor from sliding off. Maximum shelf capacity is 250 pounds. Shelves include an integral anti-knock out mechanism to prevent accidental dislodgment.

Fixed Server Shelves: 16 gauge cold rolled steel and are equipped with 16 gauge reinforcing channels. The shelves mount to the tops of the footings. Maximum weight capacity is 300 pounds.
Pull-Out Server Shelves: 14, 16, and 20 gauge cold rolled steel. Shelves are equipped with four 3" diameter wheels for easy movement. Each shelf includes 1 handle for use while moving unit. 300 pound capacity.
Flipper Door Cabinets: Flip up and receding door with lock. Cabinet door and sides are constructed from 5/8" thick particleboard laminated on both sides with 1/16" high-pressure laminate. Cabinet top, bottom, divider, and rear panel are constructed from 16 and 20 gauge cold rolled steel. Retractable door with self-closing suspension. Cabinets include an integral anti-knock out mechanism to prevent accidental dislodgment.
Pedestals: Heavy-duty steel construction with gang locking drawer mechanism. Drawers feature heavy-duty 200 pound capacity precision ball bearing suspension. All drawers are full suspension types and feature a lifetime warranty. Drawer fronts are constructed from 5/8” particleboard with 1/16” high-pressure laminate on both sides. Pedestals are keyed differently with master key available. Mobile pedestals feature five 2” diameter dual wheel casters two with brakes.
Rack Mount Brackets: When used in conjunction with 24” wide frame provide a mounting system for 19” rack mount equipment. Brackets are made from 14 gauge cold rolled steel and include threaded 10-32 mounting holes. Rack Mount brackets include an integral anti-knock out mechanism to prevent accidental dislodgment.
End Caps: 16 and 20 gauge cold rolled steel. End caps attach without any tools to the side of TFS frames and provide a decorative finished appearance to the frame. They are available with and without grommets.
Power Strips: Standard strip includes 5 receptacles, on/off switch, circuit breaker, and 60” long cord. Power strips are rated at 15 amps. Surge protector strip includes 4 receptacles, on/off switch, circuit breaker, surge protector, and 60” long cord. Both units include hardware to mount under work-surfaces and to frames.
Power Bars: 24” and 48” sizes; both units include 8 receptacles, on/off switch, circuit breaker, and 72” long cord. Power bars are rated at 15 amps. Both units include hardware to mount under work-surfaces and to frames.
Power Link: 15 amp, 3 circuit, 7 wire system that must be hard wired to building's electrical system.
Vertical Cable Managers: Provides a simple means to cover the wiring that runs vertically in the TFS frame. Cable Managers mount in slots provided on the inner side of the frame. They are constructed from 16 gauge cold rolled steel.
Finish: All steel parts are thoroughly cleaned using a three-stage iron phosphate washer and then coated with an Epoxy-Hybrid powder coat finish using a state-of-the-art electrostatic paint system. Powder coating provides a superior, attractive, uniform finish that is more durable, scratch and corrosion resistant, and environmentally friendly than liquid paint.
