LIFETIME GUARANTEE FOR FACE STOCK
Colorflex/ATM guarantees its printed face stock for the life of the media to which it is attached. This guarantee applies to your
printed labels properly applied over unused, clean, virgin media. Should any label fail, the label will be promptly replaced without
charge.
The shelf life for blank labels is one year from date of manufacture.
ABOUT TECHNICAL SUPPORT
Colorflex/ATM will provide technical support to customers who have purchased software maintenance for their software systems.
All requests for software and hardware support should begin with a call to the Colorflex/ATM Help Desk at (800) 424-3375.*
*customers must purchase software maintenance or pay a per-incident fee in order to receive the benefits of Colorflex/ATM's tech
support line.
For reference, service levels are defined below:
First Level – This type of support is typically related to end-user issues of the nature “How do I…?” questions. While most of
these issues are explained within the on-line help and reference materials, telephone support will still be provided for brief
questions of this type, but we may recommend software training to users who have many “How do I…” questions. Software
training is provided on a per-hour charge basis.
Second Level – This type of support is typically related to system configuration, external interfaces, and actual system conflict
issues. Individuals seeking this level help should also have Network Administration rights. In extreme cases, second level
support may require the customer to provide Colorflex/ATM with copies of configuration files where a duplicate environment can
be constructed.
Third Level – This type of support is provided only to advanced users or Information System specialists. This level of support
includes API issues, Database Internals, Server Configurations or other advanced topics relating to interfaces and platforms.
SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE
a.) Telephone Help Desk support is available between the hours of 7:30 AM and 5:00 PM Mountain Time, Monday through
Friday, except for national (U.S.) observed holidays. Call (800) 424-3375, to contact the technical support team. The Telephone
Help Desk support provides diagnostic assistance in identifying problems with the operation of software products, provides
assistance with the correction of any problems, and if necessary, the replacement or return of the software. Product Warranty and
support maintenance does not cover installation of software. Contact your dealer representative for installation services. There is
no cost for shipping replacement of lost/damaged software.
b.) Providing, at no charge to Licensee, Service Packs to the Products, provided that such Service Packs are made available to
similar customers without additional charge. This does not include major software version releases.
c.) If Colorflex/ATM is called upon by Licensee to correct an error in any Colorflex/ATM Product and such error is found to be
caused by the negligence or modification of anyone other than Colorflex/ATM, Colorflex/ATM reserves the right to charge
Licensee for such service on a time and materials basis at Colorflex/ATM’s then-current rates unless such modifications were
approved in writing by Colorflex/ATM. This also includes licensee supplied data, machine or operator failure or any other cause
not inherent in the original Product.
d.) Colorflex/ATM does not provide full support for third party products such as: MS Word, Excel, Access, Novell, NT, Oracle, or
any other product not developed by Colorflex/ATM.
e.) Colorflex/ATM requires one central point of contact per software license for coordination of all customer support issues. All
requests for hardware service should begin with a call to the Colorflex/ATM Support Help Desk at (800) 424-3375.
