JeterBreeze.net incorporates a more robust print engine and the convenience of the Internet. With JeterBreeze.net, there is no software to install, so JeterBreeze.net is always the most up-to-date version.

No. This is a web-hosted solution, which means it can be accessed from any Internet connection.

JeterBreeze.net will run on Windows® 98, 98SE, ME, 2000, XP, Vista, and NT Workstation 4.0.

After the account information is received and processed, labels can be printed the same day. Accounts requiring a customized label design will take longer to activate.

No. JeterBreeze.net is Web-based. It only requires a proper login, Internet access, a color printer and label stock.

(9) Is bandwidth a concern?
No. JeterBreeze.net generates very little network traffic. Other than signing on and downloading your label design, all activity occurs on the local computer.

(10) Does JeterBreeze.net offer reporting features?
Yes. JeterBreeze.net has reports on labels printed, label inventory and much more.
(11) Can others access my data?
No. Although JeterBreeze.net is a Web-based product, all of the data resides safely on the local computer and is never sent across the Internet.

Data can be manually entered or imported with JeterBreeze.net.

(13) What kind of support is included with JeterBreeze.net?
Initial set up support is covered under the account fee. Other support options include a support contract, dealer support and our online FAQ.

(14) Is it possible to switch from VersaPrint to JeterBreeze.net?
Yes. JeterBreeze.net new account fees apply and copies of any VersaPrint label designs need to be sent to Jeter for conversion. The new label design(s) would be created and uploaded to the new JeterBreeze.net account.

(15) How is the alignment adjusted for a specific printer?
JeterBreeze.net has a Printer Alignment Tool where the alignment can be adjusted so the labels print perfectly on the label stock.

(16) What if there is a firewall or stringent network security?
JeterBreeze.net was designed for use in most environments. The local computer must be able to handle these settings: allow a VeriSign™ ActiveX control, have JavaScript™ enabled, and have cookies enabled. If the network security doesn’t allow these settings, JeterBreeze Desktop label print software is recommended.

(17) Are multiple JeterBreeze.net accounts required for multiple locations?
No. The purchasing company is set up as the System Administrator account. This account can add and delete users as necessary.

(18) Why do the new label colors look different from pre-existing labels?
Virtually any color printer can be used with JeterBreeze.net. However, every printer interprets colors differently.

(19) Why are the colors on the screen different from the printed label?
A monitor and printer produce color in different ways. The range of colors a monitor can produce is far wider than what a printer can produce.

(20) Can the existing label colors be matched?
A Color Matching Guide can be downloaded from the JeterBreeze.net website (located under Support\Instructional), printed to the printer, select the colors, and then contact our sales representative to change the label design.
