Labels

"No Look" Labels

Highly transparent labels add unique sophistication to your product and sets it apart on the shelf. Needless to say, the no-label look can be achieved with all types of printing techniques, in any color and with embossing effects.

Special advantages: unlimited scope in your label design, greater flexibility than direct printing, a sophisticated, quality-conscious and contemporary appeal, intriguing effects in combination with back labels!

Label material and self adhesive are virtually clear. If you hold a label up to the light, the edges are very hard to discern from the background because of the labels ultra clarity. This clear poly material was developed for graphics applications to achieve the appearance that the print is printed on the container. The label needs to disappear to emphasize the graphics.

Peel & Reveal Labels™

Featuring booklet printing on multiple sides of label

Peel and reveal labels are usually 2-ply (label on top of another label) which provides up to 3 times more space for additional content or multiple languages. Choose from a variety of adhesives depending on your application. Peel and reveal labels can be removable or hinged on one side for lifting and resealing. Can be printing on virtually any material.

Reflective Labels

Typically used for the construction and automotive industries, reflective labels are shiny and attention grabbing.The reflective material is an enclosed lens, retroreflective film. This material is often used with transparent inks to allow the reflective properties of the substrate to show through the ink. This material is appropriate for both indoor or outdoor use. Use reflective labels on utility poles or equipment that needs to be viewed from a distance.Their high visibility makes them easy to spot and read.

Scratch 'n' Sniff Labels

Scents can be printed as a single scent or multiple scents on any coated stock, label, ticket, tag, or card we produce. Scents are designed to be scratched. The scents are integrated into our printing process as a clear varnish over the printed piece.

We also can supply blank scented labels that can be printed on your inkjet or laser printer.

Destructible Vinyl Labels

Destructible vinyl labels are perfect when you do not want someone to be able to remove a label from the surface the label was applied to. Once the label is applied it simply cannot be removed in one piece. It is a fantastic way to show evidence of tampering.

Tamper Evident Labels

Tamper evident labels may be used in a variety of ways including security seals, brand protection, authentication and document security.American Filing Solutions can custom design your tamper evident label to meet your specific requirements from size, custom colors, consecutive barcodes or numbers as well as a variety of different materials which provide different levels of security. The available materials include destructible vinyls and papers or void and checker patterns polyesters.

Security Labels

Environments where Security Labels are used:

• Used to show tampering on equipment (voids warranty)

Checkered Chrome Polyester:

Provides tamper evident protection. A 2 mil silver mirror finish polyester film, with a unique adhesive system. Once printed and applied, a checkered pattern appears, on both the applied surface and the material, if the label is removed. The removed label cannot be reapplied. Product can be over-laminated to provide protection from elements.

"Void" Chrome Polyester:

Provides tamper evident protection. A 2 mil silver mirror finish polyester film, with a unique adhesive system. Once printed and applied, the word "VOID" appears, on both the applied surface and the material, if the label is removed. Not to be used for small sizes - lettering is 1/2" tall. The removed label cannot be reapplied. Best for very flat, smooth surfaces as it will not conform to uneven surfaces. When printing on colored materials, white must be printed as a primer to achieve standard color rendition. Product can be over-laminated to provide protection from elements.

Holographic "Genuine Original":

Holographic text is placed within rainbow holographic background. Lines are placed so that text is readable from top or bottom. 3.7 mil, light-diffracting, metalized paper with a permanent, pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive. Very effective when reverse printed with black or other dark color. Patterns will show through lighter or translucent colors.

Holographic Cracked Ice Holographic:

"Fractal" design is composed of multiple holographic colors displayed at linear angles to create cracked ice look. 3.7 mil, light-diffracting, metalized paper with a permanent, pressure sensitive adhesive. Very effective when reverse printed with black or other dark color. Patterns will show through lighter or translucent colors.

Holographic "Secured:

"Void If Removed" Holographic text is placed within rainbow holographic background. Lines are placed so that text is readable from top or bottom. "Secured" and "Void If Removed" are on alternating lines. 3.7 mil, light-diffracting, metalized paper with a permanent, pressure sensitive acrylic adhesive. Very effective when reverse printed with black or other dark color. Patterns will show through lighter or translucent colors.

Holographic "Genuine Original"

Clean Release Cards are pressure sensitive and can be hand or machine applied to your product, direct mail piece, magazine or catalogs. End user can cleanly remove card from item with no sticky residue! The card is then ready for immediate use or storage in their wallet.
