Fixed Shelf Lateral File - Letter & Legal Size Filing
Lateral Fixed Shelf Filing Units are 16 ½" deep x 36" wide. Keep a maximum amount of files in a minimum amount of space with either open or closed fixed shelf filing units.
Choose Open Units for instant visual access to materials. Perfect for color-coded filing systems, books, manuals, etc.
Choose Closed Units when confidentiality, security or protection of materials is a paramount concern. Door added protection of files which meets HIPAA standards for medical storage. A single lock controls all doors. Hundreds of key combinations are available.
Both open and closed units are equipped with shelf-modifier rod to accomodate both letter and legal filing. |
Spring-assisted doors enclose your files, yet keep aisles clear and give you complete access by retracting when lifted. Our scissor-action design prevents binding when pulling the door open. |
Heavy gauge welded construction ensures stability and strength. Each unit is versatile enough to fit letter and/or legal sized files with the use of a filing rod which moves smaller folders within reach. |

Convenient label holders are provided on closed units for quick and easy location of files as needed.

Easy grip full-length recessed door pulls allow you to effortlessly open any door to reveal the shelf’s entire contents.

4 dividers per shelf (dividers match cabinet color) and adjust in 2" increments, extra dividers are also available.

Open Units

All Closed Units featured retractable doors with long-pull handles and single-key lock to secure all doors. Locks are core removable and are master keyed. Master keys can be ordered separately. |
Both Open Unit and Closed Unit available in QuickShip Colors. Open Units and Closed Units come standard with four (4) steel dividers per shelf level, dividers match cabinet color. Equipped with shelf-modifier rod to accomodate both letter and legal filing.
Standard Color Options: Sand, Medium Grey, Light Grey, Champagne/Putty and Black.
