Product Description: ThinStak� Shelving System is designed to maximize storage capacity while utilizing a minimum of floor space. Each section consists of individual shelf tiers that stack on top of each other to form a complete shelving unit, up to 8 levels high.

SPECIFICATIONS
Material and Workmanship: All ThinStak� tiers are manufactured from high quality, cold rolled steel, free of scale or rust. Exposed edges, corners and surface areas are free of any sharp edges. Tier components are joined together using state-of-the-art welding and manufacturing technologies.
Assembly: Each shelving section requires one base and one top set. Each tier is independent of each other and may be joined together. Shelving tiers are joined together using nut and bolt assembly (recommended for mobile storage use) or drive rivets (stand alone units). Each tier will have corresponding holes for easy assembly.
Tier Side: Tier sides are constructed of a one-piece section of 20 gauge steel, formed to make three sides incorporating a continuous 3/4" flange on top and bottom.
Shelf:
Fixed Divider Systems: The shelf is manufactured from a single piece of 20 gauge steel formed with a 1/8" hem closed in front. The shelf is punched to receive the bottom of each welded divider. The shelf is then welded directly to the side along the 3/4" flange. |
Movable Divider Systems: The shelf is manufactured from a single piece of 20 gauge steel formed with a 1/8" hem closed in front and a channel that accepts the movable divider. The channel is formed along the entire width of the shelf. The shelf is welded to the tier side along the 3/4" flange. The shelf is reinforced with one 20 gauge steel-formed support channel. This support channel is welded to the shelf bottom, supporting the shelf along its entire width. |
Divider:
| Fixed Divider Systems: The divider is manufactured from 20 gauge steel. Each divider is formed with two 5/8" flanges on each end. One flange is welded directly to the shelf back and the other interlocks and is welded to the shelf bottom, forming a smooth, non-obstructing support. |
| Movable Divider Systems: The movable plate divider is manufactured from 16 gauge steel. The divider attaches itself into the shelf channel. The shelf channel allows the divider to be positioned at any location along the tier width. One black painted divider is supplied per tier. |
Top: The top is manufactured from a single sheet of 20 gauge steel with a 1" formed channel on all four sides. When installed, the rear of the top will interlock with the top of the upper-most tier and then bolt in place along the sides.
Base: The base is manufactured from a single sheet of 16 gauge steel with a minimum of a one inch formed channel on all four sides. The base is available in three height configurations. A two-inch high base is standard (Datum TrakSlider� Systems require a 2" base). One and four inch bases are also available. Leveling guides are included with the two and four inch bases only.
Size and Colors: Datum ThinStak� tiers are available in a wide variety of sizes and colors to fit virtually any application and room decor. ThinStak� tier sizes include: 24", 30", 36", 42", and 48" widths in either fixed welded divider or movable plate divider. ThinStak� tiers are available in 19 standard paint colors.
Finish: All steel parts are thoroughly cleaned using a three-stage iron phosphate washer and then coated with an Epoxy-Hybrid powder coat finish using a state-of-the-art electrostatic paint system. Powder coating is more environmentally friendly than liquid paint and provides a durable uniform finish that is scratch and corrosion resistant.
Compatibility: All ThinStak� tiers are compatible to SUPREME THINLINE tiers in color and size.
