a 1/4-20 hole tapped on the 3/4" leg to secure the clip into each
side of the uprights and apply pressure to the frame lugs to
secure the door frame assembly. |
|
Hinges: Hinges are semi-concealed, four knuckle, tight-pin, 16
guage fully looped hinges that are welded to frames and riveted

Doors: Doors are formed from 20 guage steel with a 3/4" flange
on the top and bottom. The doors are 1" thick with a channel
formation on the edges. The door strike on the left hand door is
hemmed for a smooth uniform edge. The doors are reinforced
with a full-length door stiffener that is 4" wide and 25/32" high.
The doors are designed in such a way to accept the three point
locking system. |
