PRODUCT HIGHLIGHTS
1) The downward 5-degree tilt creates a unique stair-step effect. The files project into the light for better visibility and easy access. Folders remain intact within the unit boxes, and simply slide to a new location when files need to be rearranged.
2) Since the boxes of the Unit File System hook to a horizontal rail, they are removable. You can easily transfer groups of records to your desk top file organizer.
3) Each box has a unique ribbed bottom to keep folders standing upright and in fast finding order.
4) Our heavy plastic boxes come in letter and legal size. In letter, we offer boxes in 4" and 6" widths. In legal, 4" boxes are available. Choose from light gray or beige.
5) We offer two types of mobile systems: Lateral Trax and our high density E-Z Roller. Each system is designed and built to high quality standards for safe, smooth, reliable performance. And, our versatile systems work with any type of filing equipment.

STORE BINDERS OR LARGE MEDIA. You can combine unit boxes with steel shelves to serve your filing and storage needs.
ADJUSTABLE SHELF HEIGHTS - Steel shelves provide storage space for media sizes that do not work ideally in the unit boxes. The option of steel shelves is most commonly used for ring binders and computer printouts. The strong flat shelf units utilize the same bolt-free post connection. Choose from 30" or 42" long shelves in letter or legal size. The height of the shelves is adjustable on 1" centers to reflect the height of the media.
PLACE DIVIDERS WHERE NEEDED - Custom design a system with unit boxes to house file folders and flat steel shelves for larger documents. Sturdy dividers are adjustable at 1" increments. You simply place the dividers where needed, and they lock into place using three attaching points. And, retractable work shelves are an option to greatly increase productivity by offering an immediate work surface. |
FLEXIBLE DESIGN - Unit File Systems use a sturdy steel frame. Vertical posts are L-shaped for single-faced and T-shaped for double-faced configurations. The rails connect to the posts horizontally, which hold the hanging boxes. The equipment goes together quickly and efficiently, assembly does not require fasteners! And, these systems can be taken apart easily. Your records can remain intact within the plastic boxes, and this makes moving far less disruptive. ASSEMBLY IS QUICK AND SIMPLE.
